Upcoming News and Reminders:

Parent Teacher Conferences: Just a reminder that the Conference Window is October 1st - November 14th.  Our Common Conference Night (includes all staff-classroom teachers, special area teachers, and support staff) is Monday, November 7th, 2016, 3:00- 7:00  p.m.

Hikone Visitors- We're so glad to share that two of our students Erin Simmons and Peter Nemecek are participating in the AAPS-Hikone Exchange Program. They will each host a Japanese student October 3-10 and will travel to Japan November 5-18.  We will be hosting a welcome breakfast in their advisory classes Tuesday, October 4th and meet with Hikone teacher representatives Friday, October 7th.  We are very proud of our students who applied and were chosen to represent A2 STEAM in this exchange.

Our goal to eliminate tardiness-  Each week I will give you the average daily tardy count.  We hope that everyone will do their best to reduce this number to below 10!

This Week's Average per day tardy = 40

Cardboard Challenge Huge Success-  Thanks to Mr. Van Loo and our K-4 students the cardboard challenge was a huge success. Thank you for attending our first kick off PBL.
